Sol Campbell angry with the referee over disputed goal
"He's basically blocked me to get to the ball"
Sol Campbell has accused the referee Martin Hansson to block his path in preparation for the second goal in Arsenal 2-1 Porto Champions League defeat last night.
The defense claimed that the referee prevented him from defending the indirect free kick which led to Falcao scored the winner after Lukasz Fabianski had collected a step back and gave the ball to the referee.
Campbell was also furious that the official Swedish free kick gave the first, penalizing him for backpass. "I accidentally touched the ball to [Fabianski] and he took the ball up," said Campbell. "They have gone to take swift and [Porto player] has got the ball. But then the referee is before me and basically giving them an advantage. Not good.
"I can not get in front of the ball. You basically lock me to get to the ball," he said. "It's better than a shame because there was no goalie in the goal, what can I do?"
Hansson attracted notoriety when he took control of the heat of World Cup between France and the Republic of Ireland in November and no on-site management Thierry Henry in the creation of what proved the decisive goal from William Gallas.

Aw, why do not these CEOs say stuff like this in press conferences? Sony Ericsson's head Bert Nordberg has shared with the Swedish publication Sydsvenskan rather salacious news that his company was asked to build the so-called Google phone before HTC ... and it turned down the opportunity. Fearing Equally brand dilution or something crazy, Nordberg states that Sony Ericsson is committed to building only its own-branded hardware and will not be a Subcontractor to anyone. Haughty words from a company Whose own Android device is still a good couple of months away from hipsters' pockets, but we're sure Bert knows best. After all, it's not like HTC got a ton of positive press and brand awareness out of its partnership with Google, and it's exceptionally clear that SE does not need a dime of additional revenue. Oh, wait.
